February 7, 14, 21, 28, March 6, 13, 27, April 3

Experience a wholistic approach throughout session including: Hatha Yoga, Chanting, Yoga Nidra

What to bring: yoga mat (or a towel), yoga block or two (smaller couch pillows will do), small blanket or throw.
