Celebrate the last day of school and sign up for summer reading!
We are partnering with the Department of Health to offer free bike helmets for children. The helmet program is for Wayne County children, ages 5-13. Children must be present with their parents, as parents will be signing liability waiver. Each child may receive one helmet. If a family has multiple children, each child may receive a helmet.
