Have you ever thought of running a 5K but don’t know how to train for it? We invite you to join our Couch to 5K Running Club. This is a plan developed to help beginners get into running.

Whatever your fitness goal is—to lose weight, get your heart beating faster, or just to boost your mood—nothing beats getting physical.

Our goal – the FAMILY FUN 5K RUN on September 7, 2019, during the town fall festival. Walkers welcome!
