ALL LEVELS AND BODY-TYPES OPEN TO BEGINNERS

FREE, 6-week session begins April 24. You don’t have to make each class to participate. Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM

What to bring: yoga mat (or a towel), yoga block or two (smaller couch pillows will do), small blanket or throw.
