On behalf of the community Angel Tree Committee:
Plans are underway for the 2024 Marion Community Angel Tree, which provides Christmas gifts to families in the Marion School District.
If you have a child who is enrolled in MCS, or will be when they are of age, and are finding it difficult to purchase gifts for your children this year, applications to add your child’s wish to the Angel Tree will be coming home with students soon.

Library patrons who would like to grant a child’s Christmas wish, tags available beginning November 18, 2024.
The Angel Tree committee* asks that wrapped gifts, with tags attached, be brought to our library by December 16.
*The Angel Tree program was started many years ago by community members to benefit Marion families in need at Christmastime. Although the tree and evening of gift distribution occurs in the library, it is a separate initiative from the Marion Library. No monetary donations in honor of the Angel Tree will be accepted at the library. We collect wrapped gift donations only. Thank you for your time and generosity.
